About me
Francisco Barroso
I have been working in software development for 16 years and have a degree in Computer Science from FLF. In 2020, I completed an MBA in Technology for Business: AI, Data Science, and Big Data at PUCRS. I have a passion for creating and developing digital products.
I focus on developing my team to achieve high performance and assist each member in their individual growth.
In 2016, I founded a startup called Tag4Tip where I applied my knowledge of product development and entrepreneurship. I have participated in local incubators and accelerators such as Inovativa Brasil, Baita Nordeste, and Startup Maker at Campus Party.
I am a supporter of agile methodologies and have been a coordinator for XPCE, organizing events to strengthen the agile community in Ceará. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and motivating new developers.
